Meetings are generally held on the FIRST Tuesday of each month at 8:30 a.m., Lansing South Precinct, Holmes Road and S. Cedar Street (see map) unless otherwise indicated.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 21, 2010. if you can attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may send a representative from your agency to vote for you, or you may designate another person to serve as your proxy vote. Please let me know by 8:00 a.m. one day before the meeting date who, if anyone, will be voting on your behalf. A written email is sufficient for assigning a proxy. We will vote by roll call on each goal individually. Non-voting members are invited and encouraged to attend the meeting!
