2009: Ingham County will have an active, independent, formalized, multi-sector, countywide coalition whose mission will be to coordinate, plan, and evaluate a comprehensive countywide strategy to address locally determined risk and protective factors and achieve changes in substance use behaviors prioritized by the county, its communities, MSSAC and other regional and state entities.
